Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on construction sites, including piping, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts.
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects to ensure accurate material procurement and budgeting.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices safely and efficiently.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate installation schedules and troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Read schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation.
