What You’ll Do

As a Lead Plumbing Technician, you’ll be the face of Akian in our customers’ homes. Your role goes beyond repairing plumbing systems — you’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience while helping homeowners make informed decisions that best fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Clearly present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Perform high-quality work that meets all code and company standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members
• Manage truck inventory and complete job documentation using company technology

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master required)
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
