Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, and sewage systems, ensuring compliance with local building codes and schematics.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing installations and modifications.
• Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and tools to identify leaks, blockages, or system failures.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC systems, remodeling projects, and other trades on-site.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
• Utilize welding skills where necessary for pipe joining or repairs; operate construction site vehicles for material transport when required.

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance in commercial or residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques, water systems, schematics, blueprints reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
