Licensed Plumber (Journeyman or Master)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber, either Journeyman or Master level, to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites or in existing buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and welding tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely in accordance with safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for project documentation.

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of pipe installation, repair techniques, and system maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools and power tools related to plumbing work.
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and general building infrastructure is a plus.
