Essential Traits for Success

• Perform general labor and clean-up as requested, or as needed.
• Understand the skilled principles of plumbing, construction, repair, and maintenance.
• Receive and properly store job site materials for effective job site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret a construction document, mechanical drawing / submittal, or invoice.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, measuring devices, etc.
