What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems with confidence
• Install and service fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and more
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions or upgrades to customers
• Complete service reports and communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Work with parts and support teams to keep jobs running smoothly
• Deliver top-notch customer service on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of plumbing experience
• Illinois Plumbing License
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
