Position Overview

The Licensed Residential Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems for custom homes, additions, and high-end remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, knowledgeable of North Carolina plumbing codes, and committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and professional job site.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
Perform plumbing work on custom homes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations.
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Ensure all work complies with North Carolina plumbing codes.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain project schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Deliver exceptional workmanship and professionalism on every project.

Qualifications

Valid North Carolina Plumbing License.
Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and code requirements.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
