Position Overview

The Licensed Residential Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems for custom homes, additions, and high-end remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, knowledgeable of North Carolina plumbing codes, and committed to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe and professional job site.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing work on custom homes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with North Carolina plumbing codes.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and professionalism on every project.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina Plumbing License.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
