What You'll Do:

Run residential plumbing service calls — diagnose, repair, and deliver solutions Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about their options Document your work accurately and completely — pictures, reports, records Hit your KPIs: average ticket, conversion, customer satisfaction Represent a company customers have trusted for 85 years

What We Need

2+ years of residential plumbing service experience Active Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman) Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license Able to pass background and drug screen You know your KPIs — average ticket, conversion rate, close rate — and you take them seriously Professional attitude and pride in your trade
