Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $125,000 annually
• Performance incentives with total earning potential exceeding $200,000 per year
• Employer-funded retirement contributions totaling $18 per hour

+ $5.00 per hour contributed to your 401(k) + $13.00 per hour contributed to your pension * More than $36,000 annually is invested toward your retirement by the company
