What You'll Do * Perform residential service, repair, and installation in your licensed trade * Diagnose issues accurately and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations * Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and job site * Represent the company with professionalism in every customer interaction * Complete required documentation accurately and on time

What We're Looking For * Valid license in your trade (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC) * Proven residential service experience * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Dependable, professional, and team-oriented * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
