Licensed Service Plumber

$30–$60/hr | Take-Home Vehicle | Gas Card | Year-Round Service Work

Home Comfort Alliance is hiring an experienced Licensed Service Plumber to join our residential service team. This role is for a plumber who can diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while delivering a professional customer experience.

We are looking for someone who can manage service calls from start to finish, communicate clearly with homeowners, provide quality repair and replacement options, and complete work efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Work On

• Water heaters and tankless water heaters
• Plumbing leaks and repairs
• Fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
• Pressure-reducing valves, expansion tanks, and shutoff valves
• Drainage and water piping repairs
• Customer-requested plumbing upgrades
• Residential plumbing service and replacement work

What We’re Looking For

• Active Washington State plumbing certification
• Valid Washington State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• Professional communication with homeowners and internal team members
• Clean, organized work habits and respect for the customer’s home
• Commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job right the first time

Preferred Experience

• Experience with water heater and tankless water heater service/replacement
