Daniels Plumbing is looking for a strong Licensed Service Plumber / Sales Technician who can step into an important revenue-producing role with our company.

We are looking for someone who is more than just a repair plumber. This position is for a well-rounded plumbing professional who can diagnose issues, communicate clearly with customers, build options, sell work ethically, and help move jobs from estimate to completion.

The right person should be confident in the home, comfortable explaining repairs and replacement options, and experienced enough to recognize when a job should be repaired, replaced, upgraded, or handed off to an installer.

This is a key position for our team. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and versatile who can help carry service revenue and be trusted with high-value customer opportunities.

Pay Structure

• Sales commission: 8%–10% of job revenue
• Commission rate may vary depending on job type, role performed, experience, and performance
• Sold install work may be completed by a separate installer
• When a job is split between a sales technician and installer, the sales technician is paid the sales portion and the installer is paid the install portion
• Additional compensation may be available for service work, on-call work, or jobs where the technician both sells and performs the work
• Strong earning potential for a technician who can diagnose, communicate, sell, and help keep jobs moving
