RGSD is dedicated to regaining full accreditation under the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). Riverview Gardens is currently working in collaboration with educational institutions and community partners to support the needs of children.

SUMMARY

Reports directly to the Director of Facilities. To provide general maintenance support for the District.

Essential Functions

* Installs, maintains and repairs water and sanitary systems, sittings, and fixtures * Cuts openings in walls for pipes; cuts, reams and threads pipe; caulk and wipes joints; pours, spreads, and shapes molten solder over joints; and installs necessary supports, hangers, and foundations for water and sanitary equipment * Repairs and reconditions plumbing installations such as sinks, dishwashers, lavatories, sump pumps, and water waste and vent-lines * Installs, maintains, repairs and troubleshoot water and sewer systems from curb lines to building interiors as well as on boilers, chiller and rooftop A/C units *...
