We are seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Plumberto join our residential service team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who excels at diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, completing high-quality repairs and installations, and providing homeowners with safe, efficient solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You Will Do

* Diagnose and troubleshoot residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems * Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems such as pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewer lines * Complete residential installations (fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, etc.) to code and company standards * Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues * Clearly explain problems, recommendations, and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner * Provide accurate estimates and document all work performed * Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work environment in customers’ homes and on job sites * Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as needed * Identify opportunities to improve system performance, efficiency, or safety and recommend upgrades when appropriate What You Will Bring

• 2+ years of residential plumbing or service experience
• Valid plumbing license or apprentice/journeyman certification (Apprentice Sponsorships Available!)
