We’re hiring a Texas Licensed Master Plumber for a fast-growing residential service company focused on clean work, quality service, and a strong team culture.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to grow, team-oriented, and technically strong in residential service & repair.

What You’ll Do * Perform residential plumbing service & repairs * Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide long-term solutions * Support and mentor journeymen technicians * Walk larger projects and help quote jobs * Present homeowners with repair/replacement options * Use tablet and GPS dispatch software to document work * Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites

What We’re Looking For * Active Texas Master Plumber License * Strong residential service & repair experience * Excellent diagnostics and troubleshooting skills * Professional communication and customer service * Team-first mindset with low ego and strong work ethic
