Duties

• Lead plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately execute plumbing layouts and systems
• Supervise and coordinate team members, including apprentices and journeymen, fostering a safe and productive work environment
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, including material take-offs and cost assessments
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety standards throughout all phases of work
• Perform pipe threading, welding, assembly, and installation of domestic water systems, HVAC components, and heavy-duty piping systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment efficiently for various construction tasks such as carpentry, pipe fitting, and remodeling projects
• Analyze construction plans and schematics to determine project scope, materials needed, and sequencing of tasks
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections conducted, and regulatory compliance documentation
• Assist in field service activities including troubleshooting plumbing issues on-site and providing technical guidance
