Mechanical & Plumbing Safety Manager (Construction)

Job Summary

Schrepple Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical & Plumbing Safety Manager to lead safety efforts across our construction projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe installation practices, regulatory compliance, and ongoing training of field personnel, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Overseeing safety compliance for mechanical and plumbing construction activities.
• Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments.
• Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and complete detailed reports.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and improvements.
• Maintain safety documentation and regulatory records.
• Work closely with project managers, foremen, and field crews.
• Train employee on safety practices and procedures.
• Multitask across multiple job sites and project activities.

Requirements

• Experience in construction safety, mechanical, or plumbing (Required).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Leadership experience in a safety role preferred.
• Strong communication and orginational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Ability to effectively train and guide field personnel.
• Valid Driver's License.
