JOB SUMMARY

The Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Technician performs diversified installations, operation, inspection, testing, preventative maintenance, and repair duties for the following areas; Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration; electrical lighting, power distribution, appliances, security and communication systems, plumbing, steam and medical gas systems throughout the system. Above all, this position serves to exceed the expectations of patients and all other customers we serve.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Receives work orders and coordinates work to fit schedule.

* Maintain the facility heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and related systems.

* Respond to calls from facility departments requesting assistance.
