Joseph J. Magnolia (“JJM”) is currently seeking an experienced New Construction Plumbing / Mechanical Foreman to join our New Construction team. This role involves supervising and coordinating commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules and specifications.

A $5,000 signing bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements: Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects ranging from $5 million to $20 million. Supervise labor crews, subcontractors, and project activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with JJM employees, General Contractors, Owners, Owner Representatives, Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Inspectors, Vendors, and other trades.
• Plan, organize, and direct installation activities for commercial plumbing, HVAC, hydronic, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure all plumbing and mechanical systems are installed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Oversee rigging, installation, startup, and commissioning of cooling towers, chillers, boilers, rooftop equipment, and related mechanical systems.
• Manage installation processes for hydronic piping, refrigeration piping, and VRF systems. Review blueprints, specifications, and project schedules to coordinate workflow and manpower requirements.
