North Slope Laborer/Carpenter/Coater/Foreman/Plumber/PM/Electrician

MAK 3 Construction LLC is hiring for multiple construction, field operations, and support positions in Alaska.

We are looking for dependable, safety-minded applicants who are ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment. MAK 3 Construction performs a variety of work including general construction, field operations, North Slope support, electrical work, concrete work, blasting and coating, equipment operation, shop support, labor, and project support services.

We are accepting applications for multiple current and future openings. Positions may include, but are not limited to:

• Construction Laborers
• Equipment Operators
• Concrete Workers
• Electrical Workers and Helpers
• Blasting and Coating Technicians
• Foremen, Leads, and Supervisory Positions
• Administrative or Operations Support Positions

Ideal applicants will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work safely as part of a team. Experience in construction, oilfield support, equipment operation, electrical, concrete, coating, fabrication, or remote work is preferred, but we are also willing to consider motivated applicants who are dependable and willing to learn.

Job duties may vary depending on the position, project, and work location. Applicants should be prepared for physical construction work, outdoor conditions, changing schedules, and the possibility of out-of-town or remote work. Some positions may require working more than 8 hours per day, extended schedules, or multiple days/weeks at a time depending on project needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be reliable and able to report to work as scheduled
• Must be able to perform physical construction-related duties
• Must be able to work safely and follow company policies
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
