• Diagnose plumbing issues using technical drawings, schematics, and plumbing inspection cameras; determine the most effective repair strategies.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on water systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and pumps, utilizing hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques.
• Utilize construction experience and carpentry skills to assist with remodeling or assembly projects as needed on-site.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and inspections conducted; ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards.

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems and emergency repairs in commercial or residential settings.
• Skilled in construction plumbing techniques, including pipe threading, installation, repair, and maintenance of water systems.
• Familiarity with welding, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is highly desirable.
