What You'll Be Responsible For

* Ensure processes are followed

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

* Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and production

### Financial Performance

* Manage budgets and profitability

* Track revenue, gross profit, and net profit

* Improve average ticket and close rates

* Control labor and operational costs

* Drive overall company performance

What We're Looking For

Compensation

### Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Growth Incentives

Compensation will be based on experience and proven ability to produce results.
