What You'll Do

As the Operations Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Daytona and Melbourne locations. You'll serve as a leader, coach, and problem solver while ensuring our teams consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

### In this role, you will:

• Support the day-to-day operations of multiple branch locations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop plumbing technicians through ride-alongs, field support, and ongoing training.
• Improve technician performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Partner with dispatch, customer service, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
• Help resolve customer concerns and operational challenges quickly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory, materials, tools, vehicles, and warehouse organization.
