Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited pipe fitting apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in pipe fitting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to pipe fitting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in welding or plasma cutting techniques.
• Experience with advanced pipe fitting tools and machinery.
• Knowledge of various piping materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic.
• Previous experience working in a unionized manufacturing setting.
• Additional training in blueprint reading or mechanical systems.
