* Install residential heating and air conditioning systems with attention to quality and detail * Replace equipment, set condensers and air handlers, and complete startup and commissioning tasks * Communicate clearly with homeowners about the installation process and system operation * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site * Keep your truck organized, stocked, and ready for the day * Work with office staff and fellow installers to deliver a smooth customer experience * Represent A.J. LeBlanc Heating professionally in the field What We’re Looking For --------------------------
