Plumber and/or HVAC Technician (Revised Rate: $41.00 - $46.00/hr)

To support our dedicated Mechanical Trades team and enhance our service capabilities, we are currently looking to fill three full-time Mechanical Trades Technician positions (with immediate and upcoming start dates). We are looking to add skilled Licensed Technicians who can help us round out the shop. Whether your strength is primarily Refrigeration, Plumbing, or General HVAC, your expertise will be a valued addition to our versatile team.

You will focus on high-level preventative maintenance and repairs, ensuring our campus infrastructure operates efficiently. You will work on a single campus in Williamstown, MA, with a consistent schedule and a supportive crew.

Pay

: $41.00 - $49.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM

This position is eligible for premium pay, including overtime and applicable shift differentials, for work performed during holidays, weekends, emergency snow response, and other qualifying shifts. Schedules are subject to change based on the needs of the department.

As a Mechanical Trades Technician, you play a critical role in keeping the College moving forward. By completing maintenance work orders assigned to the Mechanical Trades team, you'll be a key partner in preventing disruptions and solving problems, maintaining the underlying structure that makes the College's mission to provide a nurturing educational environment possible.
