What You'll Do

• Assist Service Plumbing Technicians with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, along with light commercial repairs
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after each project
• Learn proper plumbing installation techniques and local plumbing codes
• Follow all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work environment
• Provide professional, courteous service while interacting with homeowners and team members

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in construction, plumbing, or another skilled trade preferred
• Previous plumbing experience is a plus but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
