Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that water systems, drainage, and other plumbing components meet safety standards and adhere to local building codes. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water supply lines on construction sites.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to perform precise work.
• Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively.
• Perform remodeling and handyman tasks related to plumbing as needed during various phases of construction projects.
• Lift heavy materials safely and operate heavy machinery or vehicles required for transporting plumbing supplies.

Requirements

• Proven experience with a focus on construction plumbing.
• Mechanical knowledge of water systems, waste and vent, schematics.
• Skilled in pipe threading, CSST, PVC, pex, copper, cast iron, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with plumbing inspection requirments, schematics, and local building codes is essential.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques efficiently on construction sites.
