As a Commercial Plumber, you will

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to layout plumbing systems
• Perform underground plumbing installation including rough-ins and site preparation
• Complete remodel and retrofit work, modifying existing systems as needed
• Assist with or perform underground takeoffs for project planning
• Install water lines, waste and vent piping, and gas piping (where applicable) in compliance with code
• Work with piping materials including copper, PEX, PVC, cast iron, and black iron
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping using proper tools and techniques
• Set fixtures and trim with attention to quality, detail, and deadlines
• Coordinate with foreman, project managers, and other trades to maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite in accordance with OSHA and company standards
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment as needed
• Support general jobsite operations and assist team members as needed
• Mentor apprentices and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial plumbing installation preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings is preferred
• Experience with underground plumbing and remodel work
• Familiarity with common plumbing materials and installation methods (copper, PEX, PVC, cast iron, black iron etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in various jobsite conditions
