Responsibilities

Perform plumbing installations, replacements, repairs, and maintenance Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues across all aspects of the plumbing industry Plan and execute jobs efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship Coordinate with customers to understand needs and provide clear explanations and estimates Maintain clean and safe work sites, adhere to all safety protocols and local codes Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job status and any issues Use own tools and equipment as required (see Tools & Equipment below) Job scheduling and dispatch Creating and updating work orders, estimates, and invoices Recording time, material usage, and parts on jobs Accessing customer history, warranties, and service agreements Photo and note capture for job documentation Invoicing customers and processing payments (as applicable) Ability to generate and read service reports, quotes, and.

Qualifications & Skills
