About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, be comfortable working independently, and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves troubleshooting plumbing issues, presenting repair options to customers, and completing repairs professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Present repair options and pricing to customers onsite
• Complete plumbing repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer trust
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
