Plumber I - Dollywood Theme Park - Full Time Year Round

The Plumber I assists Plumber II and/or Plumber III to install, modify, trouble shoot, repair plumbing and mechanical systems to support all Dollywood Company properties according to applicable industry standards and Dollywood Company policies and procedures. All of this will be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values and operating philosophies and standards of the Dollywood Company.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out *Lead with Love* qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist in the install of new plumbing systems or repair and maintain existing systems, such as water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, filtration systems and service lines and other plumbing systems.
• Repairs and inserts valves and ball cocks; packs faucets; repairs waste, sewage, and drainage pipes; replaces broken fixtures and installs new fixtures; caulks and packs joints.
• Installs and maintains air conditioning equipment, steam, and hot water heating systems, and sprinkler systems; renews pipes, valves, and fittings on pumps.
• Cleans out drains and obstructions in waste and sewage pipes.
• Cut openings in structures in preparation for pipes.
• Select all materials needed for installation, including type and size of pipe.
