The Health Sciences Center at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a Plumber II.

About the opportunity

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor and/or Lead the incumbent is responsible for performing plumbing, pipe fitting and sprinkler duties as assigned. Required to perform journeyman level craftsmanship duties during both installation of new construction and general maintenance of existing facilities and research facilities as directed to include training or assisting with training and/or providing guidance to Maintenance Workers or other crafts as assigned.

* Fabricate, install and/or modifies in support for new renovation all distribution lines associated with HVAC, chilled water, steam, condensate, domestic water (hot and cold), distilled water, deionized water, reverse osmosis water, compressed air, vacuum, sanitary, drainage, sprinkler fire protection, gas, oxygen, Medical air, acid pumps, etc....
