THE ROLE

Legends Global has an immediate opening for a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our facility management team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, and correct facility and appropriate building systems in all facilities within appropriate discipline plumbing.
• Provide preventative and corrective maintenance and repair and installation of new equipment as needed.
• Provide necessary information for the proper purchase of preventative and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Respond to routine and emergency calls and make necessary repairs.
• Research, develop and make recommendations in regard to the maintenance and capital improvement of equipment and systems
• Monitor system efficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist in the daily oversight of appropriate contractors.
• Provide event related maintenance, services, and support.
