Position Title: Plumber, Journeyman

Reports To: Superintendent, Plumbing

Position Summary

:

Various duties to install and maintain integrity of plumbing and pipe systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

: * Layout, fabricate and assemble water, sewer, solar and other piping systems * Design, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair toilets, bath tubs, sinks, and water heaters * Interpret plans and specifications * Use all tools of the trade to cut, connect, and install piping and equipment * Understand the public health safety in regards to the preservation of food and indoor air qualities * Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification/Requirements

* Hawaii Driver’s License * Basic electrical knowledge for various control systems * Basic knowledge for handling fluids and gases under pressure * Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines. * Must be flexible in work hours, on call as needed * Ability to effectively operate office equipment, to include desktop computers, calculators, printers, copy machines and telephones....
