Position: Year-Round (12 months, 8 hours)Status: Non-Exempt 14Open Date: 6/16/2026Closing Date: when filledStarting Pay: $29.75 and up (depending on experience) Essential Job Functions: Under the general direction of the Plumbing lead person and the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for performing duties related to light new construction, routine and preventive interior and exterior plumbing maintenance, and repairs and installations throughout the district's 35 buildings. Perform other work-related duties as requested by the Plumbing Lead Person, Maintenance Manager, or senior management staff; may require occasional weekend work.
