Plumber Mechanic

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced and talented plumbing mechanics to join our Special Projects team!

Typical projects include commercial construction, change-outs, retrofits, and installation of plumbing and hydronic piping systems.

What you’ll do

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Assist with hydronic piping for commercial projects as well as assist with any other tasks needed to complete the project.

What we’re looking for

• In-depth knowledge and experience working on commercial plumbing systems.
• Journeymen or Master’s Plumbing License (preferred, not required).
• Strong ability to interpret drawings and plans.
• Experience with layouts.
• Backflow license (preferred, not required).
• Med-Gas certification (preferred, not required).
• Knowledge of basic construction/shop math.
• Knowledge of International Plumbing Code (IPC).
• Safety minded and thorough understanding of OSHA safety regulations.
• High energy level to handle an evolving and fast-paced workload.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deal diplomatically with coworkers and other tradespeople.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
