Purpose Of This Position

Perfect My Home (PMH) is seeking a proactive, motivated and organized Plumber to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems within new buildings, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and valves, by reading blueprints, adhering to building codes, and collaborating with other construction professionals to ensure proper plumbing functionality throughout the building project. PMH performs many plumbing tasks in an outdoor living environment such as outdoor kitchens, running gas lines for outdoor heaters, pool heaters, and gas grills. This position will be working in all elements of the weather.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to the following

* Installation: + Install all types of plumbing pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to project blueprints and specifications. + Lay out and install drainage systems, including sewer lines and vents. + Install water supply lines, including hot and cold water systems. + Install appliances like toilets, sinks, faucets, and water heaters. * Maintenance and Repair: + Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues. + Inspect plumbing systems for potential problems and perform preventative maintenance. + Replace worn or damaged plumbing components. * Blueprint Reading and Code Compliance: + Accurately read and interpret construction blueprints to locate pipe runs and fixture placement. + Follow all local plumbing codes and regulations. * Collaboration: + Coordinate with other construction trades like electricians, framers, and drywallers to ensure proper plumbing integration. + Work wit...
