Job Overview

Bryant Group, Inc. is seeking skilled new residential construction Plumbers and Subcontractors to join our groundwork crews in the Winchester and Leesburg, VA areas.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain underground plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and fixtures on construction sites.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks.
Conduct site inspections to ensure plumbing work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction plumbing (ground works) with a strong understanding of ground works projects.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams confidently.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines.
Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices and regulations.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning.
Valid Drivers License
