Job Responsibilities

The Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for

* Performing plumbing service, repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers * Diagnosing plumbing problems and presenting practical repair or replacement solutions * Communicating clearly with customers regarding the issue, recommended solution, timeline, and pricing * Completing accurate job documentation through the company app, including: + Detailed job notes + Materials used + Before, during, and after photos + Completion of required solution sheets * Coordinating with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly * Promoting the company in a professional and positive manner * Ensuring all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures * Maintaining a clean and professional service truck and jobsite * Treating customer homes, businesses, and property with care and respect * Staying current on plumbing products, best practices, and evolving industry technology
