Plumber

Spartan Plumbing, LLC is looking for a Plumber to join our team in Dayton, OH.

THE BASICS

This job is full-time with flexible hours and different shift options. The role features a flexible scheduling model. One option is a compressed work week consisting of four 10-hour days. Another possibility is a five-day schedule with shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the plumbing trade
• Ability to handle the physical work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your own tools
• Current driver's license with a good driving record
• Passion for helping customers and takes pride in doing good work
• Ability to work well with a team, can think through problems, and adjust quickly
• Ability to manage time and tasks well

Earn a competitive hourly base pay, plus commission - technicians earn whichever is higher. Our team typically earns $80,000–$100,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $130,000+. Commission! We offer great benefits.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PLUMBER?

As a Plumber, you will begin your day by checking in at our office. Then, you will drive out to help people at their homes or businesses. You will fix and take care of plumbing systems, replace water system parts, and clean drains. You will talk with customers and your team, solve problems with a good attitude, and keep your work vehicle neat. Each day, you will help Spartan Plumbing, LLC give great service and make sure customers are happy.
