Best Coast Plumbing is looking for a motivated, professional Service Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. We provide quality work, great equipment, strong support, and a culture built around taking care of both our clients and our employees.

What You’ll Do

• Run your own plumbing service van
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clients with options and solutions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Complete repairs and installations with professionalism and attention to detail
• Manage jobs independently while receiving support when needed
• Work alongside installers and additional team members on larger projects
• Maintain accurate notes and photos using our software

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
• Ability to present repair and replacement options honestly and professionally
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your jobs
• Positive attitude and desire to grow
• Clean driving record
• Hand tools
