Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping in residential and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
• Assemble, thread, and connect pipes using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment.
• Assist with remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers regarding project progress and service needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a plumber, plumbing technician, or construction plumber preferred.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
• Basic math skills for measurements, material estimates, and system layouts.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus but not required.
