What is expected as a Warranty Technician at Paige Plumbing

- Professional apperance. Cleaniness, dress with Paige Plumbing uniform, and if necessary, boot covers in homes.

-Professional behavior as you are diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the integrity of the newly built home and while communicating with Home Owner.

- Punctuality. We strive to be on time to all appointments and service window times set up with homeowners.

- Maintain detailed documentation of service visits, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions for warranty records.

Requirments

• Valid driver’s license with approved 10 year driving record.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing skills.
• Proven plumbing installation, repair, and experience in the field.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding apparatus, and plumbing inspection cameras.*Power tools will be provided.*
• Familiarity with local building codes governing water systems and plumbing system maintenance.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on water systems, pipes, fixtures, and related components following local building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary during installations or repairs.
