Plumber

We are a well-established NYC plumbing contractor specializing in commercial and residential renovations and build-outs. We are seeking an experienced, reliable plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently on construction projects.

Requirements

• 10–20 years of plumbing experience
• Valid New York State Driver's License
• Current OSHA certification
• Current SST (Site Safety Training) certification
• Full NYC Gas Qualifications
• Must reside in Staten Island or Brooklyn
• Ability to read blueprints and work from construction drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience Required

• Commercial and residential plumbing renovations
• Commercial and residential build-outs
• Ground-up plumbing installations
• Gas piping installations
• Installation of domestic water, sanitary, storm, and vent systems
• Coordinating with general contractors and other trades
• Working safely and efficiently on active construction sites

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems for commercial and residential renovation and build-out projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Install water, waste, vent, and gas piping
• Ensure all work meets NYC plumbing codes and project specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Work independently and as part of a plumbing team

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
