Job Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain

water heaters for residential & commercial clients. Diagnose and troubleshoot water heater issues efficiently. Replace or repair components as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and answer client questions. Maintain accurate job records for parts and work completed. Meet and exceed sales targets where applicable.

✅ Requirements

✔ Plumbing experience required (focus on water heater installation & repair). ✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills. ✔ Must be fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing). ✔ Valid driver's license & reliable transportation. ✔ Ability to pass a background check & drug test.
