Plumbing Apprentice

Start a Career You Can Be Proud Of

Not everyone wants to sit behind a desk.

Some people want to build something real. Learn a trade. Work with their hands. Earn a strong living and create a future they can actually control.

If that sounds like you — keep reading.

We’re hiring Plumbing Apprentices in the Tacoma area who are ready to learn, show up, and put in the work to become top-level plumbers. This is not just a job — it’s a long-term career path with real earning potential and real opportunity.

You’ll be working alongside experienced plumbers who will teach you the trade the right way — from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an apprentice, you’ll be out in the field every day learning hands-on.

You’ll assist with:

• Residential plumbing service and repairs
• Installing fixtures, piping, and plumbing systems
• Job site setup and cleanup
• Diagnosing basic plumbing issues (as you progress)
• Supporting licensed plumbers on service calls

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything — but you do need the right mindset.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable and show up ready to work
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working with tools and in different environments
• Positive, respectful, and team-oriented
• Motivated to build a long-term career in the trades

If you already have a Washington State Plumbing Trainee Card, that’s a plus — if not, we can help guide you through getting one.

What You’ll Get

This is where things start to separate from typical “entry-level” jobs.

• Paid, hands-on training with experienced plumbers
• Clear path to becoming a licensed plumber (PL02 or beyond)
• Consistent, year-round work
• Competitive starting pay with growth as you learn
• Opportunity to build a career with strong long-term earning potential
• A team that actually invests in your development

You’re not just filling a role — you’re building a trade.

Why This Matters

The demand for skilled plumbers isn’t going anywhere.

This is a career that provides stability, independence, and the ability to earn a great living without taking on massive student debt.

If you’re willing to put in the work now, it pays off long-term.
