Responsibilities

* Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality plumbing services are delivered. * Manage and mentor field technicians to enhance performance and customer service. * Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service calls efficiently. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge. * Maintain inventory and manage equipment to optimize operational efficiency. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. * Prepare reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing management or a similar leadership role.
