Job Overview

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED and highly organized Plumbing Company Manager and Salesperson to respond to service calls, perform diagnostics including snake, camera, and jetting, who can articulate estimates accurately on-site to the customer, gaining their trust, and earning their business. Extremely experienced estimating and sales experience is vital to this position. You will need to estimate projects in the field, close sales, oversee daily operations, manage project execution, and lead a small team of skilled plumbing professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of plumbing code, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality service and sales delivery across commercial and residential plumbing projects. We are a newer company and are looking for someone that can be a part of taking this to the next level. Partnership opportunity exists. The earning potential is much higher with commissions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and inquiries.
• Is proficient in some level of IT and technology/ apps, etc for billing, contracts, payroll, etc.
• Someone who knows plumbing codes for both commercial and residential projects.
• Someone who is very good with customers.
• Must have a proven track record selling plumbing projects to both commercial and residential customers.
• Must be able to be diverse in the hours available for servicing customers.
• Oversee all aspects of plumbing operations, including project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage a small team of plumbers, technicians, and field service personnel to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Develop accurate construction estimates and bids for new projects.
