Position: Estimator Plumbing Group

A successful candidate: * Team mindset * Knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems * Ability to multi-task, self-motivate and handle multiple projects at one time * Reviewing project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work and project requirements. * Developing cost estimates based on the scope of work, including materials, labor, and equipment. * Collaborating with project managers and other team members to identify opportunities to reduce costs * Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project requirements. * Communicating with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and availability information for materials and equipment. * Preparing and submitting bid proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns and project timelines.

Qualifications

* 2-5 years’ experience in plumbing estimating preferred * Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Word and Excel * Proven ability to work closely and efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional, business environment
